I haven’t seen any significant reporting on this issue but the question I’m confused about is what happened to the 12 million vote difference between President Biden’s result in 2020 and Vice President Harris’ vote in 2024? With most of the votes in it appears VP Harris will have a total of circa 69 million votes while President-elect Trump will have around 74 million. In 2020 Trump had the same number of votes but President Biden pulled in 81 million. Where are those votes now?
The missing 12 million votes didn’t go to Trump because he polled roughly the same number as he did in 2020. Did they just stay at home and not vote? If so, that says a lot about the Democratic party’s ability to turn out the vote and if the issue was Trump and not policies, as it was in 2020 then you’d expect they would have turned out in mass to vote against him.
I’m perplexed. Where are those 12 million votes? Can anyone find them for me?
